PYSF is a 501(c) (3) organization and one of the largest youth sailing organizations in the country. Donations from individuals, corporate and community donors, businesses and grants are mission critical to the current success and future sustainability of the organization.
Your investment allows PYSF to provide scholarships, add new coaches and programs, build our fleet, and strengthen our community. Your investment supports the introduction of more youth to the sport of sailing, science education, environmental stewardship, and character development that goes with it. .
ANNUAL FUND
The Annual Fund is PYSF’s mission critical fundraising that impacts every aspect of our program. The Annual Fund bridges the gap between participant fees and operating costs which is $1,300 per sailor. PYSF relies on donations from our generous families, individuals, businesses and grants to help close that gap.
The Annual Fund also allows PYSF to:
- Recruit and retain world class coaches and enable them with the tools and training to make an immediate impact on our student athletes.
- Offer new disciplines, equipment, technology and training.
- Introduce the youth of our broader community to the ocean, the sport of sailing and its life lessons.
Our Annual Fund Goal for 2025-2026 is $150,000.
