Recent Highlights
- Fall Team Dinner: The event saw a strong turnout of parents, sailors, and coaches, fostering community engagement and sharing of sailing experiences.
- BAYS Winter Series #1: Held in Santa Cruz, the regatta featured notable performances, including a 3rd place finish by Tibet and Luca in the C420 fleet.
- Sea Otter Regatta (PCISA #1): Scheduled for the upcoming weekend in Monterey, with five high schools representing PYSF.
Upcoming Events
- October 18–19: PYSF Middle School Regatta featuring Optis, Fevas, and Z420s. Volunteers are encouraged to sign up.
- October 25–26: Fall Dinghy Regatta at St. Francis Yacht Club.
- November 1–2: NorCal 1-Day #3 & #4 at Encinal Yacht Club.
- November 8–9: PCISA #2 (Anteater) at Newport Harbor Yacht Club.
- November 10–14: PYSF Giving Week.
- December 12: PYSF Holiday Party at Sequoia Yacht Club.
Looking Ahead
A major event is planned for the summer: the US Sailing Women’s Doublehanded National Championship for the Ida Lewis Trophy, set for June 28–July 3. This event marks a significant milestone for PYSF and promises to be a highlight of the sailing season.
